TRACK Engineering & Services provides comprehensive HVAC and refrigeration solutions for industrial, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure facilities. Our services cover the complete project lifecycle, including installation, modification, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and system rehabilitation.

We execute both greenfield and brownfield projects, with the capability to work on new installations as well as expansion, replacement, retrofit, and upgrade projects within existing operating facilities. Our teams are experienced in coordinating HVAC works with mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and control systems to ensure smooth integration and efficient project execution.

Our HVAC capabilities include chilled-water systems, packaged air-conditioning units, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), ventilation systems, split and ducted systems, VRF/VRV systems, chilled-water piping, pumps, valves, ductwork, insulation, cladding, air distribution systems, controls, and associated mechanical services. We also undertake industrial refrigeration works and specialized cooling applications based on project and client requirements.

From equipment positioning and installation through piping, ducting, insulation, electrical and control interface coordination, testing, balancing, and final commissioning, TRACK Engineering & Services maintains a strong focus on workmanship, system reliability, safety, and operational performance.
For existing facilities, our brownfield capabilities include shutdown works, replacement of ageing equipment, system modification, capacity enhancement, rerouting of piping and ductwork, equipment relocation, troubleshooting, and performance improvement while minimizing disruption to ongoing plant or facility operations.

All works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, manufacturer recommendations, applicable international standards, and client-specific HSE and quality requirements.
